Where we are from
We’re from a small town, a really small town in New Zealand. Some people like to call it Ashvegas but we call it Ashburton.
We’ve grown seed here for generations. It’s not something we just do, we live it, take pride in it and we own it. Our oils are made with the finest seeds and fruit, all produced in selected micro climates around New Zealand.
You can’t be in a bad mood when your watered using glacial melt, snuggled deep in mineral rich fertile soil and looking at snow-capped mountains. We like to think our crops are happy. So once our oil is extracted from our happy seeds, we produce the highest quality oils.
That’s our secret, we’re telling you this because we want everyone to produce happy oils. If their not happy, it’s not worth it. Processing our oils requires some serious machinery and technology. For us to describe how we extract our oils we use words like double filtered, centrifugal press and Cold Pressed. You get the idea.
Now, we’re a small community, everybody talks. We know almost everyone and everyone is somehow related to everyone. It’s scary. But because of this, everyone is treated like family. So we share and treat everyone from our happy plants to our master oil makers with respect and make sure they all receive a fair share of the pie.
We’ve been in the specialty oils business for more than 10 years.
We started off selling our range of oils in bulk to food and cosmetic companies all around the world. They were looking for high quality oils from people they could trust.
Demand grew and so did our factory. We then decided to go at it ourselves and bottle our own range of oils. We’re strong believers in the pureness and health benefits of nature, and our oils are really good for you. They contain Essential Omega Fatty Acids such as Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA).
We really believe in doing good and treating the body with respect. Once our oils are bottled or put in capsules you can take and use them in many ways, and your body will thank you for it.
Traceability from crop to consumption is how we manage our food safety standards.
We have research labs and research farms all working together to find the highest quality seed that produces the highest yield and premium quality oils.
We have field consultants. One of them is named Brent. And he knows everything about our crops. So every day he visits the farms that are growing our crops and gives the farmers advice. Brent ensures our plants and our farmers are taken care of every step of the way.
