How To Use

Nutritional Oils

omeganz™ Nutritional Oils are all Extra Virgin and Cold Pressed, and in addition to the bottled oils of the category, Flax Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Oil are available in soft gel capsule format, as well as Evening Primrose Oil. All of the oils in this category have targeted health benefits, and the nutritional characteristics of these products are specific to each oil. Additional specific product details are of course available on request, and also recorded on the label. The recommended daily intake for the capsules is 6 to 12 1000mg capsules per day as recorded on the labels. For the selected 250ml bottled Nutritional oils, please take one tablespoon daily or alternatively use as a salad dressing, in smoothies, or drizzled over breakfast cereals.

Gourmet Culinary Oils

omeganz™ Gourmet Culinary Oils are all Extra Virgin and Cold Pressed, and are a healthy option for a variety of recipes or simply as a dietary supplement. The typical polyunsaturated component of oils of this category make them high in nutritional value, but sensitive to light, heat and oxygen. These oils should never be cooked at high temperatures and are best eaten raw or as an addition to already prepared meals. These oils are a great substitute for butter on pasta, potatoes and beans and really complement seafood dishes as a dressing. Their nutritional benefit means you can take one tablespoon daily or alternatively use as a salad dressing, in smoothies, or drizzled over breakfast cereals.

Skin Care Oils

omeganz™ Skincare Oils are all Extra Virgin and Cold Pressed, and can not only be taken orally as a nutritional supplement, but they can also be absorbed through the skin. Today more and more producers of skin and hair care products are acknowledging the benefits of specialty seed oils for skin and hair care. All of the oils within this category have targeted health benefits, and the beneficial skincare attributes are specific to each oil. Additional specific product details are of course available on request. Our skin is the largest living organ in our bodies making it important for us to look after. With people becoming more and more aware of what they apply to their skin, natural seed oils make a great alternative to synthetic preservatives or parabens found in many skin care products.

High Temperature Culinary Oils

omeganz™ High Temperature Culinary Oils are all Extra Virgin and Cold Pressed. A high smoke point (over 200ºC) makes oils of this category a healthy choice for stir frying, pan frying, wok cooking, grilling, sautéing, and oven roasting, as well as baking. These oils are a great inclusion to your favourite marinade, or alternatively, take one tablespoon daily, drizzle over salads or use as a dipping oil.
